Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using ArgonTV's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. ArgonTV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
ArgonTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and ArgonTV makes no guarantees regarding service availability, uptime, or continuous access to content.
3. Account Registration and Types
3.1 Personal Accounts
- Personal accounts are intended exclusively for home or personal use within a single household.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercial distribution of access is strictly prohibited on personal accounts.
- Personal accounts are non-transferable.
- Account registration requires a valid email address.
3.2 Reseller Accounts
- Reseller accounts are designated for commercial distribution and resale of service access.
- Reseller accounts may not be used for personal use.
- Reseller accounts are subject to additional terms and require contractual agreement with ArgonTV.
- Reseller account holders are responsible for compliance of their end-users with ArgonTV's ToS.
3.3 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- You agree to notify ArgonTV immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- ArgonTV is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
- Reselling or redistribution on personal accounts
- Free trial abuse – including creating multiple trial accounts, using fraudulent information, or circumventing trial limitations
- Unauthorized access, hacking, or attempts to compromise Service security
- Circumventing geographical restrictions, encryption, or access controls
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that disrupts the Service
- Commercial use of personal accounts
- Hosting or streaming content to the public
- Any use that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights
5. Device and Connection Limits
- Each personal account is limited to 5 simultaneous connections.
- Each reseller line (single IPTV account) is limited to 5 simultaneous connections.
- ArgonTV reserves the right to terminate access for accounts exceeding these limits.
6. Prohibited Content and DMCA Compliance
ArgonTV does not control third-party content and makes no representations regarding legality or appropriateness. Users acknowledge that:
- Content availability varies by region and may change without notice.
- ArgonTV complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid copyright complaints.
- Users are solely responsible for legal compliance regarding content they access.
7. Age Restrictions
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians of minors agree to supervise their use and assume all responsibility.
8. Payment and Billing
- Payment information (credit/debit cards, etc.) is never stored by ArgonTV and is processed securely by third-party payment processors.
- All payments are non-refundable except where required by law, unless ArgonTV terminates the Service.
- Billing will recur on the schedule specified at registration unless cancelled.
- Refund eligibility: Refunds may be available within 2 days of purchase for first-time customers. Subsequent refunds are at ArgonTV's sole discretion.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
ArgonTV may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of this ToS
- Reselling or commercial use of personal accounts
- Free trial abuse
- Account compromise or unauthorized access
- Non-payment or fraud
- Excessive resource consumption
- Repeated breaches of the acceptable use policy
Upon termination, your access to the Service immediately ceases. Termination does not relieve payment obligations.
10. Service Availability and Disclaimer
- ArgonTV does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access.
- Content availability, quality, and streaming speeds may vary and are not guaranteed.
- ArgonTV is not responsible for service interruptions due to third-party providers, ISPs, or events beyond reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- ArgonTV is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
- ArgonTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- ArgonTV is not responsible for content removal, unavailability, licensing changes, or third-party actions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software comprising ArgonTV are the property of ArgonTV or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
13. Right to Audit
ArgonTV reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance with this ToS, including verification that personal accounts are not being used for reselling and that connection limits are not exceeded. Refusal to comply with audits may result in account termination.
14. Free Trial Terms
- Free trial accounts are limited to one per person/household.
- Free trial abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban.
- Trial accounts are automatically converted to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
15. Changes to Service and Pricing
ArgonTV may modify or discontinue features, content, or pricing with 14 days' notice. Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These ToS are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through in Bern, Switzerland.
- You waive the right to class action lawsuits.
